1) Government of Kerala vide G.O. dated 05.08.2020 have introduced online module for reconciliation of accounts and required to submit reconciliation certificate digitally to Accountant General by all CCOs. This system will be implemented fully with effect from 01/10/2020 accounts. A parallel run for reconciliation of 8/2020 and 9/2020 accounts both in the present mode and online mode is conducted to familiarize with the new system. Data for 08/2020 accounts have been uploaded in the website of Accountant General. September 2020 accounts will be uploaded in the first week of November 2020 and October 2020 accounts in the first week of December 2020. A user tutorial in this regard is hosted in the website of Accountant General. Hence CCOs and DDOs may go through the steps mentioned in the user tutorial so as to familiarize with the new system

2) ALL VISITORS TO SPARK PMU ARE REQUESTED TO STRICTLY FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES ISSUED BY FINANCE DEPARTMENT VIDE CIRCULAR 33/2020/FIN DATED 10-6-2020, CONSIDERING THE WIDE SPREAD OF COVID 19 PANDEMIC.

3) Software option based on GO(P) No. 101/2020/FIN dated 4/8/2020 has been enabled.


  Service and Payroll Administrative Repository
for Kerala is an Integrated Personnel, Payroll and Accounts information system for all the Employees in Government of Kerala. The system caters to the Personnel Administration, Payroll and other Accounts activities of Government Establishments. Every employee is allotted with a unique Permanent Employee Number (PEN) through the system. This Centralized system helps the departments to get details of any employee immediately, achieve highest level of transparency in dealing with the employees, more consistent application of rules etc. In the payroll side, accurate and automatic payroll processing is facilitated. It also ensures that the rules and regulations are uniformly applied to all employees there by avoiding complaints and achieving better employee relations...
